How is rent collection handled?
There are many different ways for tenants to pay their rent by ach, credit card, money order and cash payment through participating vendors -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Minimum of 1 year but we can offer longer terms with Owner approval. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can complete the onboarding process normally within 7-15 days. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, build-to-rent, multi-family, and commercial properties. -
What type of reports do I receive and how often do you send them?
Monthly Owner Statements and 12 month Income Statements are published to your Owner portal each month. We also offer more sophisticated reporting for our intentional investors and our institutional investors upon request.
